I was admitted to practice in Minnesota in 1989 and have nearly twenty years of broad legal experience. I focus my practice on guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, probate and commercial collections. I have represented both petitioners and respondents in guardianship proceedings giving me a unique perspective on the guardianship process.

In other areas of the law, I have been published and lectured on debt collections and am the 2007-2008 Co-chair of the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, I serve as a Conciliation Court Referee for Ramsey County.

I practice law with my wife, Jody A. Cohen Press.
